We're happy to announce a new feature for CheckCentral dashboards, called Filtered Overviews. This feature allows you to add up to 6 additional mini "traffic light" elements to your dashboard. You can configure each one to filter on any combination of Check Groups and Check Labels.

New Ticketing System: ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus

We are excited to announce the addition of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus as an External Ticketing integration in CheckCentral. Once configured, CheckCentral will automatically open tickets in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus for failed Checks. It will keep the tickets up to date with notes for subsequent warnings and failures and will automatically close the ticket when the Check reverts to success.
