Hi,
I would like to request a feature that allows me to start difrent actions based on a check being a Warning or Failure. In some cases i would like for check central to log the issue but not send an email to my ticket system, in some cases i would like to use diffrent actions.
Is this possible>
Do you have the notifications for the ticketing system setup as a normal user in your CheckCentral org, or are you using the "External Email" notification channel?
